Epic Games is one of the biggest names we hear with famous games. This company has its hands dipped in every field related to gaming.

The American publisher and developing company has a big portfolio of games with the likes of Fortnite and Total War Saga topping the list.

In addition to churning out thrilling games, the company even makes sure they address ongoing bugs and issues at the earliest.

A dedicated Trello board has been opened up for the general public to learn about the ongoing works by the developers.

There’s a big list of these bugs but good thing is that teams are already at it. Here, we have laid down the significant bugs and their status.

Fishing Spots infrequent in v16.50

Fortnite has been popping up Fishing Spots weirdly after the recent v16.50 update. The frequency has reduced and is mostly accompanied by glitches.

The issue, however, is known and already being investigated by the developers. A fix is expected to be out soon.

Difficulty scrolling through player list in Voice Chat tab

This is coupled with another issue where Fortnite players on the controller may face difficulties when scrolling through the player list in the Voice Chat tab especially when the player list is long.

While the issue is being worked upon, there’s a temporary workaround that will help get the job done.

Item Granter ‘Grant on Cycle’ not triggering

The Item Granter was a great addition to Fortnite that grants weapons to a player or a group. But this has recently started to behave weirdly.

‘Grant on Cycle’ is not triggering even ‘When Granted Transmit On’ correctly. This is becoming a hindrance in item granting on some Creative islands.

This issue of item granter in Fortnite is under investigation and there’s a possible workaround until we have a fix ready.

Workaround

These issues aren’t big and we expect this to be resolved in the coming days with a quick update.

Fortnite has a team of active developers and therefore, no issue becomes serious and gets fixed real soon.

That said, we will continue to track the issue and provide regular updates here as and when available.
