Melty Blood: Type Lumina will launch for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC via Steam on September 30 worldwide, Project Lumina announced. The PC version is newly announced. It will support Japanese, English, Chinese (Traditional and Simplified), and Korean language options.

In the west, the game will be a digital-only release. It will be available in a $69.99 / €69.99 Deluxe and $49.99 / €49.99 standard edition. The Deluxe Edition includes a digital copy of the “Melty Blood Guide Book,” which features visuals and the history of the Melty Blood series,a s well as a music player that will allow you to enjoy a unique selection of musical tracks from the old Melty BLood series and the “Melty Blood Sound Collection” containing the soundtrack from Melty Blood: Type Lumina.

In Japan, the game will be available both physically (PlayStation 4 and Switch) and digitally for 7,480 yen. A “Melty Blood Archives” physical limited edition will also be available for 11,880 yen, which includes a copy of the game, Takashi Takeuchi-illustrated artwork packaging, 96-page art book featuring visuals, history, and interviews, and the three-disc Melty Blood Sound Collection.

Additionally, users who purchase the game before October 27 will receive the free downloadable content “Additional Content: Arcueid Round Announcements,” which features fight announcements by Arcueid Brunestud.
